Mondays:  6.30 – 7.30pm

Eni’s Mind Body and Motion :

”Mind Body Motion” is a combination of Chi-Dance, Yoga Flow and Core-Conditioning Exercise Class to music, which keeps the pace.

The key to this class is movement in all ranges of motion with deep, conscious breathing to strengthen and lengthen your muscles in every part of your body.

We improve total Body Strength, Flexibility, Posture, Balance, Co-ordination, Breathing & Strengthen our Core.

Weekly evening class.  £6 per session or £30 for 6 – payable in advance.   Pay at the class.  Maximum 15 per class.

 


Tuesdays:  1 – 2.30pm

2-x-tai-chi-man

The Living Tao style of Tai Chi – 1.5 hour sessions with Tricia Nicholson. 

Drop-in: £9 and Term prices on application.   Pay at the class.
