After five years of consultation and co-ordination with members of the community who live in Ennerdale Bridge or scattered around the Ennerdale fells, April 2016 saw the launch of The Gather Café, Shop and Community Rooms.
Thanks to £620,000 from the BIG Lottery and funding from Wild Ennerdale, the Lake District National Park and the Copeland Community Fund we have been able to build a bespoke Centre for the village and visitors.
We have been welcoming customers from all over the world! Please say hello and tell us where you are from.
As well as our café, shop and community rooms we have showers and an Information Area with details of local walks, businesses, landmarks and activities in the region.
